Chocolate naked cake - Romantic Roses Decoration

I adore this combination on a cake! 
Naked layers of chocolate cake filled with mascarpone cream cheese frosting and a mix of fresh berries. Plus, on top of all that beautiful pale pink roses.

Owl Baby Shower Theme

Lately everybody it's been obsessed with the owls. And it happens for me to be one of their fans :D

From cake, cupcakes, wrappers  to decorating baby's room with owl theme is just cute. 

Now it happens to have the perfect moment and to have an order of a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower for my friend Andreea www.stylishdreams.com ( what a lucky girl! ) from her coworkers  and they let me choose everything from flavors ( chocolate cake with chocolate filling, her fav ;)  ) to design.

So this is how it came out in the end. I am in love with this cake! And owls! 

And I can't wait to meet baby Luca!

Pink Baptism Cake

As pink is one of my favorite colors you can imagine how delighted I was making this cake.

What could be any sweeter than a pink cake for your baby girl baptism to celebrate a very special day in her life. The mother specially requested a mouse topper and this is how it all ended up. 
I just loved making all those tiny details such as bottle, pacifier and blanket.

All the lettering and the 3D topper were hand made.

I loved making the decorations as summer is my favorite and it made me relive my holiday memories from this year.

Baby Shower - Cake & Cupcakes

Two weeks ago I have been part of one of my best friend's surprise Baby Shower, who's due date is in  the middle of November. She is such a sweet girl and everybody got together from friends, relatives to work colleagues to make sure she has a Baby Shower party to remember.

As usual, I had to make sure that the ''sweet part'' of the party  is special and unique, just for Andreea and baby Luca.  So, I made a cute white cake decorated with blue baby shoes and hand made writing with the baby's name. Also I added theme inspired tiny decorations such as sleeping baby, stroller, feeding bottle, pacifier and many others.

Besides the cake, cookie pops, white chocolate cookies and vanilla cupcakes decorated with light blue butter-cream frosting and fondant flowers, feeding bottles and strollers.

 I also made a nice bouquet for Andreea that looked so good with the sweets.
