Light Pink Cake

I am in love with this cute cake I made for my bestie for her Bday in February. 
She adores butterflies so they had to be on this cake. I used a pale pink fondant to cover up the cake and made the decorating elements such as the 3D butterflies and flower paste gardenia in white for a romantic design. 

Inside the cake was vanilla filled with mascarpone frosting and fresh strawberries. 
It was moist and delicious!

Thomas & Friends Cake and Cupcakes

Hi everyone!
Do you like Thomas the Tank Engine? I love it! Also my son starts to enjoy cartoons with Thomas and his Friends :) Can't wait for him to be big enough to buy the Toy Trains and Track sets and to play with his daddy.

I loved making this cute cake with 3D elements that makes it real. And the cupcake toppersss. Ohh the cupcakes toppers are just too pretty to eat. :D But I think the kids couldn't care less and devoured them as quick as possible. 

The cake was accompanied by twenty  vanilla and chocolate cupcakes all filled with delicious mascarpone cream.Yummy!

Boyish Cake - Body building

Hello cake lovers!
Here I am back again after one month away from my blog. I have so many cakes to show you but little time ( it seems) to write about them.

Today I was mostly at home, trying to put everything back to its place after my mom was here for one month. She just finds new and better places for the things inside the house, so after she leaves I have to look everywhere before I find that I need. And  today when Thomas was napping I found some time to write a quick post.
